We have almost 2 decades of experience in 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Our philosophy is to ensure our clients have ample time for the exchange by starting the property search process well before the property is in contract. We’ve been contacted several times by sellers who were in desperate need for an exchange property, but didn’t have access to properties that fit the exchange criteria or ample time to close escrow. Even in those instances, we had a successful outcome for our client because of our vast inventory of off market properties.
