Our ideal customer falls in 2 categories: The first is a current property owner that wants real estate growth for their business or personal portfolio. They either have a plan or desire to formulate a plan and want to see the plan mature. By working together as a team we identify the properties best suited for your budget and plan goals. We’re part of your professional family/business network (attorney, CPA, realtor)

A key part of this plan is to ensure you’re never cash poor. You never know the future and cash friendly off-market real estate deals are ALWAYS on the horizon.

Our second ideal customer is a first time or repeat buyer or seller who knows what they want/need and is committed to working together. We don’t believe in buyers working with several realtors and would not take part in that scenario. Your time, as well as ours, is very valuable, therefore, if we commit to you, you should commit to us. Everyone is treated equally with respect, candor, and confidentiality.

About Us

I’ve been a licensed realtor for 17 very productive years and a consistent Top Producer for 17 years. I reside in the East Bay, but broker transactions (commercial and residential) throughout the Bay Area and California.

Our residential department focuses on listing executive residences, well maintained single-family homes, and residential income properties. We also provide professional services for commercial and investment property sales, leasing, and management.

“Once a customer, always a customer” is our motto and we are proud to have a great number of repeat and referral business. A very important highlight is our “off market” list of properties. In this highly competitive Bay Area real estate market, locating a good property is challenging and over paying for them unfortunately, is commonplace.

How We Got Started


For 12 years, I was an operations manager for a family-owned auto body chain, from there I opened a company that painted business jets and industrial coatings. After 10 years, we sold that and I entered into the real estate business. I love contract negotiation, so that helped. I typically only do work I enjoy and have been lucky that the real estate business is one of my favorite things to do.
