Development Services

Our development services division provides clients with yield analysis and project management services to add value to their existing properties through rehabilitation, subdivision, construction of additional square footage, and new construction design and permitting.  We prepare and apply for entitlement approvals, building permits, utility applications, work with surveyors and attorneys to prepare subdivision maps, and condominium conversions. Through collaboration with our design and engineering partners, our firm provides all real estate and development services.
